AE Maskiner Keestrack dealer in Denmark, Greenland and Faroe Islands

To grow market share in Denmark AE Maskiner ApS will be the importer of KEESTRACK mobile crushing and screening equipment in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

AE Maskiner ApS has a good and lasting reputation for repairing and servicing machines within the recycling & raw materials industry. As of April 1st  AE Maskiner will also be selling mobile crushing and screening equipment of the renowned Keestrack brand as an addition to its current business activities.

Keestrack had a long lasting relationship with former importer TNS-IMEX and all parties are happy to mention TNS-IMEX will continue selling Keestrack equipment and spare & wear parts of Keestrack. TNS-IMEX will operate in close cooperation with AE Maskiner ApS on the sale of machines and spare parts as subcontractor of AE Maskiner.

Thomas N. Sørensen, the co-owner of TNS IMEX, has been in the business with Keestrack since 2006 and has a great deal of knowledge of the Keestrack equipment and spare parts”, says Anders Ebbesen owner of AE Maskiner. “we, and our customers will benefit from this experience on a daily basis. This makes us stand stronger together, so our customers get the least possible ¨down time¨ on their machines. We are looking forward to having Thomas Nordsted Sørensen as a partner who has done a really good job to date¨ continuous Anders Ebbesen.

Keestrack CEO, Frederik Hoogendoorn, and Juan Sanz, Area Sales Manager at Keestrack, are looking forward working with AE Maskiner to expand the business in Denmark with the standard Diesel/hydraulic, the Diesel/electric e-versions and the ZERO-drive equipment.

The main reason AE Maskiner wanted to become a KEESTRACK dealer is the ability of delivering fully electrically powered machines.

Keestrack, the global specialist for mobile crushing and screening equipment in the recycling and aggregates industry, started introducing electric drives already in 2012 by the e-drive; electric plug-in with onboard diesel/gen-set, in case there is no electric plug-in available. The e-driven machines evolved to equipment with a drop-off engine/gen-set unit which could be placed next to the equipment, in less dusty and vibrant circumstances, or on the frame of the machine.

Zero drive

Keestrack introduced in 2021 the ZERO-drive machines, without any combustion engines on board. Electric motors drive most of the mobile crushing and screening equipment and power some necessary hydraulics systems. The following equipment is available in ZERO-drive: almost all cone crushers, impact crushers including the reversible vertical impact crusher I4e, scalper screens and the C6e classifier, all stackers, almost all jaw crushers and the tracked Apron feeder A6.

Tracked engine/gen-set unit

As a backup for the ZERO-drive machines Keestrack developed a tracked engine/generator unit introduced at bauma 2022. It can supply connected Keestrack crushers, screens and stackers directly with electricity in case there is no plug-in connection from the grid available.

This way the economic advantages of the complete production train will rise due to using and maintaining only one engine for several machines.

Open door day

''We are looking forward being able to sell and service Zero emission machines", says Anders Ebbesen. “This will give our customers the opportunity to have a completely sustainable green production and we can offer machines which produce at the lowest cost for the end user and for the environment”.

Maskiner is happy to start the new collaboration and expanding its business and wants to celebrate this with its customers. This is why Maskiner wants to invite everyone to their open house day on April 14 from 10:00 to 22:00.

Everybody is welcome to come and see the large product range of equipment on show: from Volvo and Keestrack to other suppliers like: Maskinfabrikken JST, Engcon Denmark, Leica Geosystems, MittX, Compacttilt, Tiltman, Epiroc and others. “Besides the machine talk we also offer a bouncy castle for the children, live music and some snacks”, concludes Anders Ebbesen.
